If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have a change of mind, in certain situations then Xellatayia
offer refunds before two weeks before the tournament starts and under the following conditions:
- Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the net amount received after PayPal transaction fees. For example, if you paid $150 for your purchase,
you will receive $145.35 as a refund, which is the amount Xellatayia received after PayPal deducted their fees. The exact amount may vary depending on PayPal’s
current transaction fees, which are subject to change.
-
Additional Fees: When accepting the refund, you may incur an additional fee charged by PayPal for receiving the money.
This fee is determined by PayPal and is beyond our control.
-
Event Cancellation: If Xellatayia have to cancel an event for any reason, you will receive the same refund amount as if you had requested the refund. This means
you will be refunded the net amount after PayPal fees, similar to a customer-initiated refund.
-
Please ensure you agree to this refund policy before completing your purchase. You can check PayPal’s current fees to get a better idea of how much you will receive exactly before confirming this purchase.
8. No Refund Policy situations:
- The event organizers or individuals with the authority reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for any reason.
This also includes situations where the rules change unknowingly, the tournament is stopped or canceled after it has started, or if the contestants you wanted to see dropped out.
Refunds will not be provided in these cases as well.
- Troublemakers, those under the influence, and anyone violating rules will be removed without compensation.
9. Legal Consequences:
- Severe violations may result in arrest and legal consequences, depending on the nature of the offense.
- Permanent banning and blacklisting may occur for repeated or severe misconduct.
10. Responsibility:
-
The entire tournament is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event. You are responsible for your own safety and awareness. If anything happens that causes unintentional or intentional physical pain, or mental trauma to yourself or between you and another individual who is not a staff member, event organizer, security guard, vendor, or any other type of personnel, then you will pursue legal action against that specific person for any desired legal recourse. Alternatively, accept responsibility for the situation and you agree to not blame the entire tournament for any unpleasant experiences.
